History

Termoprojecto, Engenharia e Projectos Lda., was founded in 1990, but previous to this date it already exercised activity, under no organized company. Since then, it has consolidated experience in a wide range of activities and interventions, developing multidisciplinary projects in various kinds of enterprises, buildings and infrastructure, and exercising management activity, coordinating and consulting on various phases of the design and construction process .

The project area was assumed to be naturally suited for the technical team who led the first projects in the early eighties, which led to the creation of the company. Immediately important and meaningful participation in projects and new buildings were developed in the recovery and renewal of buildings and integrated regeneration in rural, urban or industrial context .

Participation in studies, projects, coordination and management in various areas of new construction and urban renewal and, on the other hand, the constant variety of technical specialties developed, making the acquisition of higher knowledge and experience, which constitute a significant heritage skills and knowledge of the company.
